1. Not good for staff career growth because they don't have guideline to start a project plus they doesn't care how you will work and what you do as long as the given project is finish ASAP without any problem.
2. Staff already aware of contract that mention salary will be deduct for lateness come to office. However, sometime staff need to stay back at office until midnight if have urgent matter which is effect company revenue and of course staff will come late to office tomorrow morning but there is no sympathy to the staff and still deduct the salary even late only 5 minutes. This issues already been rise up in weekly meeting but there is no further action taken. They said deducted money will be use for Birthday Celebration, Breakfast and so on.
3. Staff feeling uncomfortable and no freedom, there were lots of CCTV in every corner include pantry even though it is just a small office. Sometime feeling disturbing when CEO talking about something that what happen in the office even he is not around.
4. Don't have proper business strategy and ignore to any suggestion that rise up from experience staff during weekly meeting.
5. Top management keep blaming team with rude word without asking and investigate first what is the real issues and most of the time it is just misunderstanding from management side and never said sorry to the staff.
6. Doesn't appreciate and acknowledge hardworking staff who give full commitment such as still working on Medical Leave or weekend.
7. Staff turnover very high and it's cause lot of problem to the team.
8. Keep hiring people with education and working experienced that not related at all to the company business which is cause lot of problem to other colleague. But most of them know to politic and keep receiving appreciation from CEO.
10. CEO is not fair when treat their staff and always take action after listening to one side only.
